Descrição da Função
Are you an expert in sales administration tasks? Are you known to be a detail-oriented person? Then this is the right project for you! We are hiring a Sales Assistant for a multinational technological company.
Responsabilidades
Provide support and develop management reports for the Retail Channel Manager, leading from the front line to end customers in daily consultations;
Conduct regular Tier 1 sales meetings and presentations, making quick decisions and performing sales analysis;
Forecast sales (AP1) and manage distributors for the Accessories Category;
Analyze KPIs and develop performance metrics for regular reports;
Administer marketing forms and sell-out data;
Manage administrative tasks of the department;
Collect and transform data from various sources for AdHoc reports and KPIs;
Analyze market information for new opportunities;
Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations;
Collect and transform data for report creation.
Requisitos
Bachelor degree or master in related field;
Previous work experience in a similar role;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Experience of digital analytics;
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point);
Excellent verbal, writing, interpersonal communication and content skills.
