About the role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Trainee to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Business Development Managers across multiple countries by streamlining sales processes, optimizing lead management from generation to qualification, and contributing to the success of our sales initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales operations within a fast-paced, global environment.
What do we expect from you? Research to generate new leads in target markets and maintain an up-to-date pipeline across several markets;Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with business goals;Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring all the information and documentation across company departments;Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Design to develop and update sales materials;Support Business Development Managers in customizing content for specific markets;Ensure CRM is updated with accurate and timely information;Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance team efficiency.Requirements: Recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience);Eligible for professional internship via IEFP;Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Google Workspace;Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.What do we offer? 6-month trainee plan to get you started in the work environment in an ideal environment to grow professionally and personally, knowing that your decisions directly impact the business and that you will make them surrounded by an incredible multi-disciplinary team;Flexible work schedule (we believe in people and their commitment: our goals, your time);Remote work regime: with 1 day every two weeks at our HQ Office in Aveiro (you can be located wherever in Portugal).Get in touch with us at ******.
