Our Sales and Shipping department in Ovar, Portugal is looking for its missing piece!

Your activities
Provide commercial administrative support.
Perform general office tasks, including preparing documents, processing correspondence, updating databases, and organizing files.
Place and ship orders.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and manage transport reservations.
Contribute for the improvement of commercial strategy.
Prepare reports and conduct analysis on relevant decision-making actions.
Communicate and cooperate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure online, phone and in-person customer service, both for current and potential customers.
Who you are
You hold a bachelor's degree or high school diploma in office management, languages and business relations or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of similar professional experience.
You are passionate about customer service.
You have good communication and collaboration skills, moreover you are a proactive, organized and detail-oriented person.
You are fluent in English.
You have knowledge of SAP and Salesforce software (plus).
