Your New Role Management of the monthly sales report with data analysis from SAP to Excel; Sales analysis and monitoring of contracts with B2B clients; Administrative support to the sales team; Customer support: handling complaints, managing orders, contracts, credit requests, and returns; Communication with internal stakeholders to resolve customer requests. What You Need to Succeed Experience in sales department support; Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint; Strong analytical skills; Team spirit; Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and English.
