Main Responsibilities Actively approaching customers and understanding their needs to propose suitable solutions and build strong relationships throughout their shopping journey. Ensuring your retail outlet section is always tidy and presentable to provide customers with a positive shopping experience. Solving daily operational problems and reacting appropriately to urgent issues, escalating where necessary. Sharing specialist knowledge of the CONFORAMA product range to secure a high level of competence within the team. Creating a high level of team knowledge about the product features and encouraging them to promote home furnishing solutions to the customer. Actively sell the department's top-selling products, prioritized products and CONFORAMA service products to maximize sales. Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities in line with available stock and sales strategies. Profile Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. Prior sales experience in furniture, bedding, decoration, or home appliance is a definite advantage. Ability to interact individually with users and work cross-functionally throughout the organization. Outstanding customer service and selling skills. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel.
