What you will do in this role As a Sales Representative, you will:
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick reports, assess needs, and close the sale.
Explain products/solutions and value propositions to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers interested in evaluating client's products.
Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea generation through to initial pitch, pipeline qualification to deal closure.
Facilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.
Address customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are native or near-native English speakers.
Are knowledgeable of the Irish Educational system (first-hand experience as a student or teacher), mandatory.
Have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales (mandatory).
Have at least 6 months of experience in cold calling for sales.
Have knowledge of CRM systems.
Are outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner.
It would be a plus if you:
Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills.
Are skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail.
Are self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
