Elevate in-store experience by providing excellent customer service and a memorable experience in accordance with Triumph's Values. Consistently achieve sales goals, partner with other Sales Advisors and Shop Manager to drive sales. Help maintain a visually inspiring representation of our Triumph Products in store. Demonstrate passion and curiosity by embracing product knowledge and using it to best serve clients' needs. What you bring: You are passionate about Fashion / Intimate Apparel. You enjoy listening to and understanding customers; your communication skills help you cultivate deep relationships with your team and clients. You are naturally curious and eager to learn. Preferably previous experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience. Proficient user with Point of Sales (POS) systems and/or Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Language requirements: Portuguese Native / English Fluent. Contract Type: full-time – 40h weekly.
