YOUR ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Sales Administrative Manager, your mission is to perform tasks in the sales administration area, registering, updating, and controlling sales operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Billing and sending customers the invoices according to the customer billing specifications;
Ensuring processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;
Providing the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity;
Ensuring respect for the rules and standards of the task;
Identifying and indicating deviations;
Ensuring good operational, day-to-day customer relationships.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Technical and Professional Studies on sales/finance or accounting administrative function with a High school diploma;
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel;
Language: English mandatory (Minimum: B1), Spanish nice to have (B1);
Proven experience on SAP or another billing tool.
