Reporting directly to the Sales Administrative Manager your mission is to perform tasks in the sales administration area, registering, updating and control sales operations. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
• Billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing specifications;
• Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;
• Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast sales activity;
• Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;
• Identifying and indicate deviations;
• Ensure good operational, day-to-day, customers relationships. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Technical and Professional Studies on sales/finance or accounting administrative function with a High school diploma;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel;
• Language: English mandatory (Minimum: B1), Spanish nice to have (B1);
• Experience proven on SAP or another billing tool. WE ARE SEEKING PEOPLE WHO:
• Have attention to detail and accuracy;
• Have good verbal and written communication skills;
• Have ability to work under pressure while thinking objectively;
• Enjoy problem solving and can work independently but collaborative with others to accomplish a common goal;
• Are client orientated.
