What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client
Perform ad sales (craft lead generation and outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, advise on marketing strategies, respond to and negotiate RFPs, create media plans, overcome objections)
Evangelizing the platform and explaining how its audience can help their business
Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation
Work independently, managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quotas
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
Availability to work in rotating shifts
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Experience in Sales (online)
High School Diploma
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
