Overall responsibility: To be a part of the sales team to achieve the sales goals of the company and staff targets.
Qualifications required:
University Degree or equivalent in sales and marketing related field
Additional qualification in IT and/or accounting/finance of advantage
Language Skills: Excellent English
One-year experience in a sales position in same or similar field.
Skills and Certifications: Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Portuguese national
RESPONSIBILITIES / Specific tasks to be performed:
Record and maintain detailed business development activities (leads, client meetings, negotiations, client requirements, proposals, etc.) in CRM and upload all necessary documents daily.
Identifying and establishing contacts with potential customers proactively to generate sales leads.
Following up sales leads to create more business by making presentations and closing deals.
Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
Meeting company sales goals and individual staff targets.
Demonstrating the software at client sites which may include ZingHR or Monday CRM.
Maintaining the company's contact database management with up-to-date contacts, and accurate activity details.
Sharing relevant data among the sales team about the market by facilitating the ease of retrieval, recording and use of information.
Negotiating the agreement terms and closing sales.
Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process.
Maintaining high quality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all activities such as prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closings.
Producing monthly sales reports.
