Job Description The team you'll be part of

Order Management will play a key role in Nokia's exciting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. The Order Manager is responsible for providing order management for all SaaS services commercial orders; reviews and accurately enters orders in the business platform according to Nokia SaaS Order Management process.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with our internal business platform, as well as with hyperscaler marketplaces (Microsoft, Amazon, Google). SaaS is a growing business with the ambition to operate at large scale.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Providing order management for all Nokia SaaS commercial orders.Reviewing agreements & purchase orders and accurately entering orders in the business platform.Validating contractual information and keeping record of all agreements and orders exceptions, raising risks and leadership approvals as outlined by Legal & Finance.Analyzing and processing queries related to specific orders and contracts.Onboarding customers facilitating the access and delivery of all contracted service items.Tracking all the ordered services from order-to-delivery, responding efficiently to any change requests.Timely communication to monitor order processing flows and collaboratively respond to potential delivery or service availability problems.Maintaining good communications with operations team, SRE team, sales teams and Management.Working with sales teams on getting and confirming customer's order forecasts.Tracking customer invoicing, billing confirmation and revenue recognition. Key Skills And Experience

You have:

Relevant experience in a similar role.Knowledge and understanding of SaaS business and a desire to bring a world-class experience to Nokia customers.Lean, continuous improvement and customer-centric mindset.Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.Working knowledge of CRM/ERP and ticketing systems is essential to onboard accounts, create service requests and track order-to-cash quickly and efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Excellent spoken and written Business English skills and the ability to write clear and concise text for different audiences.High integrity and compliance with Nokia Platform principles (Open, Fearless, Empowered).Low resistance to change, agility in taking on different responsibilities.Ability to interact with all levels of management.Team player; co-operative; proactive; fast learner. It would be nice if you also had: ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a plus.SAP expertise is a plus.Knowledge of Nokia SELL/SUPPLY/DELIVER processes and ability to navigate the organization to get things done.
