THE ROLEAs the RV Sales Commercial Principal B2C, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of Indie Campers' leisure vehicles (campervans and motorhomes) within our new RV Sales business unit.
You will lead the B2C commercial strategy and efforts for our second-hand recreational vehicle (RV) sales division.
Reporting to our VP of RV Sales and working from our Lisbon HQ, you will be responsible for driving B2C sales growth globally by building and executing scalable sales principles, processes, and guidelines across all regions.
You will also oversee lead generation efforts and manage a team of online sales agents, while collaborating closely with departments like Operations, Marketing, Product & Tech, and Revenue Management.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Develop and implement the global B2C commercial function, including sales principles, processes, and best practices.Lead online lead generation efforts on our website and third-party platforms to drive B2C sales growth.Manage and coach a team of remote and local sales professionals, focusing on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.Analyze sales funnels, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics to optimize performance.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance e-commerce capabilities and drive digital sales.Support the development of strong dealership networks for B2B sales, while maintaining focus on B2C.Execute the 2024 sales plan and contribute to building the 2025 budget and growth and product roadmaps.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
8-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years managing teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven expertise in e-commerce, lead generation, B2C sales strategy, and digital marketing.Strong skills in CRM systems, data-driven decision making, and product management.Experience in the automotive, RV/vehicle sales, or marketplace industries.Ability to coach and lead a diverse team in a global, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and humble mindset.Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian is a plus.
