You will be responsible for translating and interpreting between Russian and English across various industries, including insurance, legal, and medical fields. Uphold grammar and syntax rules in both languages. Provide complete and strict renditions of messages, including every detail of conversations. Follow customer instructions, manage call flow, and refrain from taking over conversations. Understand industry-specific protocols and terminology (Insurance, Legal, Medicine). Requirements C1 level in both oral and written Russian and English. High School Diploma (mandatory). Educational background in languages/translation/interpretation or related fields (advantageous). Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills. Ability to explain cultural concepts and remain objective. Autonomous, disciplined, and highly organized. Strong time management skills and performance-driven. Pick up company equipment from one of the following locations: Lisbon, Porto, or Covilhã.
