Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain features using Ruby on Rails;
Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment;
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards;
Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing effective solutions to ensure smooth system performance;
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Ruby on Rails development, including building, deploying, and scaling web applications;
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, along with experience in database design;
A track record of delivering high-quality code on schedule;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly and contribute to technical discussions.
