Your New Role: As an RPA Specialist, you will be the IT professional responsible for the company's Automation Application and processes, directly developing automation solutions for corporate functions. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining robots, as well as supporting the ongoing development and governance of the automation environment within the company's distributed development framework.
Responsibilities: Provide support to the global RPA development community.Offer expertise during the design process as needed.Suggest process efficiencies within the overall design.Develop detailed designs based on documented requirements for product services and enhancements.Consistently deliver activities to defined service levels, schedules, and budgets.Collaborate with Solutions Owners, Analysts, Business Owners, and Customers to translate requirements into solutions that meet business needs.Establish and maintain a pipeline of Automation Opportunities within the Global and Corporate spheres.Identify opportunities through investigation and process improvement.Contribute to technological developments within the domain or technology, including design, development, testing, and deployment activities.Define delivery schedules and ensure execution to plan for assigned deliverables.Lead small-scale internal projects as necessary and coordinate delivery across IT teams.Respond to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve a broad range of application problems. What You'll Need to Succeed: A University degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.A degree in IT Management or Supply Chain Management, or comparable experience in the logistics industry.At least 2-7 years of technical experience in a defined functional area.Fluency in English.
