Rpa Developer

Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and understand business requirements.
Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
Develop and implement RPA bots or virtual workers to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data validation, and other manual processes.
Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy and monitor RPA bots in production environments.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing RPA solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in RPA development.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA solutions.
Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows related to RPA development.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an RPA Developer, developing and implementing RPA solutions.
Strong proficiency in one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Solid programming skills in languages like C#, Java, or Python.
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data manipulation and integration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient and scalable RPA solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within defined timelines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of RPA and automation.
Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects.
