As a Room Division Manager, your first responsibility is to oversee the front office and housekeeping departments.
You should ensure the efficient operation of guest services, housekeeping services, and room accommodations.

Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the front office team;Oversee the reservation department;Develop, implement, and manage guest services;Manage the housekeeping department;Implement standards across all departments of responsibility;Oversee the cleanliness of the resort's public areas;Provide training to the team;Prepare and manage budgets; Profile and Requirements: Professional experience in similar functions, with a minimum of 2 years experience;Higher education;Knowledge of foreign languages (English required; other languages preferred);Good communication and organizational skills;Strong customer orientation;Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism, and proactivity;Ease of interaction with the team.
