Job Description
As RnD Material Industrialization Engineer, you lead the industrialization of dedicated compounds and hot process technologies.
This task requires close cooperation with different development teams in RnD as well as with the responsible plant functions.
Active participation in Process Risk Assessments for new developments, driving risk mitigation by trials and pilots, and consequent Know How application and active sharing of lessons learned are key elements for your successful industrialization activities.
You provide the interface connection between a dedicated plant and the RnD functions for material and hot process-related topics.
With your gap identification and the initiation and implementation of improvement measures, you contribute to efficient production and stable performing compounds.
You support our Quality functions for Compound Excellence and in the handling of non-conformities of our serial compound production.
As project leader or team member, you will be part of multidisciplinary projects within the area of material industrialization.
Qualifications
Academic degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, or comparable fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
Project management skills (preferable)
Self-organization and ability to work with autonomy
Strong communication and interaction skills
Strong team player within an intercultural and international environment
Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Committed and self-driven
Intercultural competency along with clear and open communication abilities that support the growth of diversity
Solid computer skills and Office tools
English language skills (written and spoken)
Availability for traveling internationally
