This task requires a close cooperation with the different development teams in RnD as well as with the responsible plant functions.Active participation in Process Risk Assessments for new developments, driving risk mitigation by trials and pilots and consequent Know How application and active sharing of lessons learned are key elements for your successful industrialization activities.You provide the interface connection between a dedicated plant and the RnD functions for material and hot process related topics.
