By joining the Procurement & Contracts Team, you will be part of a dynamic Team that supports negotiation and contracting activities for all Group companies What you'll do Analyze, validate and complete information relating to suppliers, thus ensuring the Supply Chain ESG Management process, from registration, through pre-qualification and qualification in the various components of the process; Identify, developand implement models for evaluating Supply Chain ESG information, based on that provided by suppliers and external databases, which allows pre-qualification and risk assessment to be carried out to support tender recommendations; Carry out supplier pre-qualification processes, carrying out an assessment of the different components of the process (financial, technical and ESG); Ensure uniformityand quality of supplier data information through awareness raising, support and clarification to suppliers and interlocutors from different areas of Galp; Support in the development and updating of the Department's standards and procedures; Define, control, evaluate and analyze indicators of the activity carried out in Supply Chain ESG management; Provide support information to the management team, Procurement Specialists, businesses, internal and external audits of suppliers; Support the reporting of information associated with Supply Chain ESG management for the Sustainability area; Identify, proposeand manage the implementation of new solutions with a view to improving supplier management processes. What you'll need Bachelor's/Master's degree Economics, Finance, Management, Economic and Financial Analysis; Information systems (PowerBI, advanced Excel, etc.); Knowledge of specific legislation, standards and procedures; Knowledge of the Procurement process; Global vision of the company; Knowledge of foreign languages (English mandatory and Spanish a plus); More than 3 yearsin similar roles (preferred); Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with high level of accuracy; Capacity to deliver high quality outputs, even when dealing under tight deadlines; Excellent interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility; Team player, resilient and with strong business and personal ethics
