In this project, you will be able to contact one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions, or commercial/personal services.
We are looking for a Risk Register Officer to work on this project in Porto.
Requirements:
Knowledge of risk management, with the ability to identify, alert, and suggest remediation;
Previous experience with risk analysis, anticipating and analyzing threats, and creating risk scenarios;
Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and requirements;
Previous experience in internal audits;
Responsibilities:
Management of the Risk Register:
Update IT risk criteria regularly;
Initiate and support the annual review of all IT risks in the Risk Register;
Organize with relevant stakeholders the assessment/analysis of identified IT risks;
Organize the validation of IT risk assessments;
Ensure compliance with the Risk Management process;
Collect new risk cards and challenge them with relevant stakeholders;
Reporting:
Gather feedback regarding the formalization of risk cards and ongoing mitigation measures from risk owners;
Follow KPIs defined in risk cards;
Report on risks and risk mitigation to top management;
Participate in the Business Line Risk Committee to share inputs about risks.
