We are looking for a Risk Register Officer to work on this project in Porto. Requirements: Knowledge of risk management, with the ability to identify, alert, and suggest remediation;Previous experience with risk analysis, anticipating and analyzing threats, and creating risk scenarios;Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and requirements;Previous experience in internal audits;Responsibilities: Management of the Risk Register: Update IT risk criteria regularly;Initiate and support the annual review of all IT risks in the Risk Register;Organize with relevant stakeholders the assessment/analysis of identified IT risks;Organize the validation of IT risk assessments;Ensure compliance with the Risk Management process;Collect new risk cards and challenge them with relevant stakeholders;Reporting: Gather feedback regarding the formalization of risk cards and ongoing mitigation measures from risk owners;Follow KPIs defined in risk cards;Report on risks and risk mitigation to top management;Participate in the Business Line Risk Committee to share inputs about risks.We offer: Health insurance;A personalized training plan, with a budget for training and technical books you find necessary;Constant feedback for professional growth;Remote onboarding process;Team events every semester for new adventures;A culture of proximity and transparency, where your ideas and needs are heard and valued!
