Our activities are primarily focused on finance, life science, retail, and energy.What will you do?Analyze data and modeling needs related to risk management projects and activities, with a particular emphasis on compliance with Basel standards (Basel IV, BCBS 239) in addition to IFRS standards and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) measurement.Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure synchronization of strategic risk projects.Establish and implement dedicated governance for- related projects, ensuring that processes adhere to regulations.Develop a coordinated schedule for risk management projects, highlighting the expected contribution of risk models, while ensuring alignment with Basel standards, IFRS requirements, and RWA calculations.Formalize functional specifications for data and modeling needs, focusing on risk models, and ensuring compliance with Basel standards, IFRS requirements, and RWA considerations.Collect, analyze, and document business needs and existing processes to enhance risk- making.Create reports and dashboards to facilitate risk monitoring and track key performance indicators.Collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions to improve risk management, including data collection and risk models compliant with Basel standards (Basel IV, BCBS 239) and IFRS standards.Participate in training internal teams on risk, IFRS concepts, Basel standards, and RWA calculations, providing expertise and guidance as needed.Required profile.What is TALEO looking for?Strong expertise in credit risk modeling and data processing, with a deep understanding of IFRS standards and Basel standards (Basel IV, BCBS 239).Advanced project management and communication skills.Proficiency in English.Programming skills, with knowledge of SAS being a plus.In-depth knowledge of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) calculations and IFRS accounting standards.Familiarity with Basel regulations, including Basel IV, BCBS 239, and Basel standards, is highly desirable.Why should you join us?You will be part of a talented and dynamic team!
