Job Description Responsibilities:
Contribute to the improvement of the technological risk framework (including the technological contingency component).
Determine and analyze technological risk indicators (including technological contingency).
Monitor the evolution of relevant and critical IT incidents, as well as occurrences in operational risk.
Track mitigation measures derived from relevant and critical IT incidents and operational risk occurrences.
Validate the annual Disaster Recovery calendar.
Oversee the annual execution of Disaster Recovery tests.
Follow the annual review of the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) of the Directorate.
Analyze the gaps between RTO/RT (Recovery Time Objective/Recovery Time) and RPO/RP (Recovery Point Objective/Recovery Point) and identify/monitor the defined measures.
Ensure the currency of the information in the Directorate's Operational Continuity Plan (PCO) and the Technological Recovery Plans.
Centralize the Directorate's contribution to the Bank's Resolution and Recovery Plans, as well as Operational Continuity and Resolution (OCIR).
Review the processes associated with the Area.
Produce reports on activities, incidents, etc., both internally and for external entities.
