Available Locations:Lisbon, PortugalWhat we're looking for:As part of our expanding global proposal management initiative, we are actively seeking an RFx Specialist to support our team across various regions. In this role, you will assist in the creation of value-based proposals by coordinating response efforts across multiple stakeholders, including the sales team, channel partners, product managers, and other subject matter experts across the organization. You will also help contribute to the team's success by helping to document processes, creating and maintaining response tools and templates, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.Responsibilities:Assist in the development of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and Cloudflare response guidelines.Work with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and create responses that address customer needs.Help maintain a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits and other data resources to facilitate high-quality and accurate responses.Create process documentation, maintain team pages on the company intranet, and help develop relevant sales-facing training and enablement materials.Assist with development of tracking and reports to accurately reflect team workload and availability.Contribute to other departmental continuous improvement initiatives as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Prior experience in RFx management, procurement, sales, or revenue operations desired
