Contribute as a subject matter expert to Reward related system/module development defining requirements and testing.Assess the effectiveness of current reward programs/processes in relation to the company objectives and suggest new solutions where necessary (total reward package and benefits).Partner with People Partners to monitor and re-design local reward packages to ensure a consistent, competitive and fair reward landscape across TUI Musement.Analyse reward related data and perform scenario modelling.Implement the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring that the process is compliant with the requirements of the reward governance framework.ABOUT YOUExperience of using a wide variety of analytical approaches and tools, to design scenarios and models (Excel advanced user mandatory).Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.Experience with local implementation of global/corporate compensation standards.Good understanding of TUI MM's position landscape is desirable.Experience with job evaluation methodologies.Desirable HR Systems knowledge (SAP).Good communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users.From a workplace to a place to belong.
