We have units in Brazil – Porto de Galinhas and in Portugal – Madeira Island.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement pricing strategies to optimize the resort's revenue, considering factors such as demand, competition, and seasonality;Collect, analyze, and interpret occupancy data, rates, and market trends to make informed decisions about pricing and availability;Control and allocate rooms and other resort resources efficiently to maximize occupancy and revenue;Manage distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTA (Online Travel Agencies), GDS (Global Distribution Systems), and others, to optimize market reach;Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations departments to align strategies and objectives;Monitor competition and adjust pricing and availability strategies according to market changes;Prepare regular revenue performance reports and future forecasts for senior management;Take strategic actions to improve the company's qualitative and quantitative results;Be accountable for the outcomes of strategies, actions, and progress within deadlines, aiming to enhance competitiveness, occupancy, average daily rate, and profitability through Revenue.ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES:Strategy, Results Orientation, Innovation, Strategic Leadership, Creativity#J-18808-Ljbffr
