Your mission: In this role, you will drive sustainable growth by shaping and implementing impactful Revenue Management strategies in Portugal.
You will design and execute Pack, Price, and Promotion strategies for snacks and beverages, leveraging insights and market analysis to optimize performance across our OT and DTS channels, maximizing their contribution to success.
Responsibilities Your day to day with us: Develop and implement effective Pack Price and Pricing Strategies, based on a deep understanding of shopper behavior, consumer needs, and category dynamics by:Identifying opportunities within our portfolio.Balancing brand positioning with consumer price perception.Addressing revenue and profitability gaps across sales and distribution channels.Maintaining a commercial balance between customers and channels.Support a strong promotional strategy by:Defining optimal promotional guidelines that balance Share of Market (SOM) and Margin Contribution (MC).Assessing promotional performance and making adjustments when needed.Manage revenue initiatives by creating scorecards to track RM projects and evaluating the impact of changes to pack prices, promotions, etc.Collaborate closely with commercial teams to provide actionable insights and define a resilient strategy, working closely with the finance and commercial planning teams to ensure its implementation.Help enhance the Net Revenue Management (NRM) capabilities across the team, particularly within the finance and commercial functions.Qualifications What will you need to succeed? 3-5 years experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, Planning, Insights or similarStrong skills in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPointPrior experience in different Insights tools like Nielsen.Knowledge and understanding of different Finance KPIs & Concepts (NR, MC, Elasticity, etc)Solid analytical skillsFluency in both Portuguese and EnglishDon't worry if your experience isn't a perfect match - if you're excited about the role, we'd love to hear from you!
