Responsibilities - your mission:
Main operational activity
Initiate, prepare, launch and monitor retrofit solutions in accordance with program/customer targets (time, cost, and quality).
Understand the technical solution and take the lead of the deployment (responsible on behalf of Customer Services Program)
Contribute & challenge program retrofit & mitigation strategy and support development of technical solution
Translates the program & retrofit requirements (target cost per aircraft, embodiment rate, policy etc.) into inputs to other departments, including the "Supply chain manager retrofit"
Provide all required inputs to "Supply Chain manager retrofit" to enable supply chain industrialisation of retrofit with kits or complex retrofits.
Contribute to negotiation for supplier capacity & cost alignment with PMR/PCR/PES, material reservation and missing parts management
Define & steer all inputs from engineering, procurement, suppliers, supply chain, program to ensure global retrofit strategy in accordance with retrofit objectives (time, cost, quality) and the retrofit embodiment until final fleet completion
Drumbeat the internal organization to ensure contractual commitments, customer satisfaction, cost and revenue targets.
Influence retrofit strategy considering inputs from "Supply Chain Manager Retrofit" (ie limitations on inventory, volume, supply chain capacities, sales etc.)
Follow-up and monitoring of each individual project ensuring OTQC delivery of material (parts, tooling, kits & equipment) of each project until completion of each MSN
Collaborate with "Supply Chain Manager Retrofit" for customer order priorities on any retrofit with kits
Ensure supply chain solution on retrofit or mitigation in accordance with customer constraints & opportunities and steer the retrofit embodiment until final fleet completion
Support the airline/program for any industrial queries on a retrofit or Airbus parts mitigation

Experience in escalating issue resolution, team building, training and team support.
Good communication skills, rigor, conscientious
Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, build strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,
Proven ability to work in a team and independently
Problem Solving mindset / Dynamic / Proactive
Excel & Google Suite tools knowledge
Languages: English - capacity to interact daily with native English speakers.
