In addition to our independent retailers, we serve most of the major convenience store players, including Spar, Nisa, Premier, and Booker. Snappy exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local. Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission critical to local business. Our location We are a Scottish start-up with 120 colleagues based around the UK and offices in Dundee and Edinburgh. This role is offered on a hybrid working basis (either Dundee or Edinburgh). About the team This role sits within our Hyperlocal Ops team who are key to the support of our retailer and client-facing teams. Working in a non-client facing environment, this includes everything from making changes to our back-end platform, making effective creative output for social media to ordering Point of Sale for our retailers. Our Retail Support Manager will... Specifically, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Action requests from our marketing and relationship-management teams which can include anything from setting up in-App or website campaigns to supporting with the output of comms within local areas. Making effective creatives for retailers (used in our App or on social media). Making changes to our back-end system. Ordering appropriate Point of Sale systems for our clients. Feeding back information to our technical and client-facing teams. Finding constant improvements to our processes - we're a start-up who thrive on new ideas. Work with wider teams to support us as we grow. To be successful in this role, you'll be/have: A naturally flexible approach - you'll be liaising with a range of unique teams. Experience of working with appropriate IT systems - either bespoke or other software. Design experience - ideally with Canva but we'll consider experience with similar software. Someone who thrives in high-change environments. Proven interpersonal skills. Ideally, you'll have: Experience working in retail or with retail-facing organisations.
