Retail Management Consultant

We are hiring Retail Management Consultants! At Capgemini Portugal, you will work with some of the industries leading experts, with cutting edge technologies, and a supportive community. You'll be challenged daily and given strong responsibility from day one.
What are we looking for? Degree in Management, Economics or similar;
Proven experience in Management Consulting;
Experience in ERP implementation projects;
Experience designing organizational models and in process optimization;
Experience in the Food Retail sector with knowledge of offer management and store operations;
Effective at collaborating with stakeholders throughout the organization;
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
French knowledge is a plus.
What would your daily tasks look like? Responsible for systemize the gaps and associated requirements and lead discussion sessions;
Support the identification of new gaps and associated requirements;
Propose business solutions, requirements and new ways of working, as well as changes to improve processes, gaps and tools in production;
Give support in the preparation of workshops and internal working sessions;
Supports the business team in the test script and the testers.
