Let's fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Responsibilities:Provide strategic vision and guidance to the Agile development team throughout the project lifecycle.Create and manage requirements in the form of epics and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment.Oversee backlog prioritization and iteration planning to maintain focus on key objectives.Lead the product release planning process, setting clear expectations for the delivery of new features.Proactively address and mitigate impediments that may affect sprint or release goals.Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align the product backlog with business value and ROI.Continuously explore market opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure market needs are met.Minimum Requirements:At least 3 years of working experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment;Solid agile experience;Proven ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them;Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;Familiarity with the retail/Ecommerce sector;Good understanding of Shopify is considered a plus.The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
