Job Description We are looking for a skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions, with a focus on Oracle products. This role will involve working with multiple IAM tools, web servers, databases, and APIs, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of identity and access processes across the organization. Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, with a focus on Oracle IAM technologies (Oracle OIM, OAM, OID). Manage and configure WebLogic Application Server to support the IAM infrastructure. Integrate and manage Oracle SOA Suite to support the organization's identity and access workflows. Develop, manage, and optimize APIs related to IAM processes. Utilize programming skills (HTML, Java, SQL) for customization, integration, and automation of IAM solutions. Support the integration and management of LDAP/Active Directory for identity management and authentication purposes. Ensure the security and stability of IAM solutions within Linux environments. Work with relational databases for storing and managing IAM data. Troubleshoot, resolve, and enhance IAM systems to meet business and security requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in IAM technologies or Oracle products are a plus. Hands-on experience with IAM tools, preferably Oracle OIM, OAM, OID . Proficiency with WebLogic Application Server for deployment and management. Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite for business process management and integration. Experience working with APIs for IAM-related solutions. Familiarity with programming languages, including HTML, Java , and SQL
