Job Description We are looking for someone with IT knowledge to join a specialized support team; Reporting to the Area Coordinator, the mission is to maintain efficient, scalable, and strategic solutions for the client in our growing technology landscape; Collaborate closely with business areas, internal users, and technical teams; Manage and analyze incidents to ensure Service Level compliance and permanent resolution, guaranteeing proper root cause analysis; Proactively identify opportunities to implement improvements and streamline daily tasks; Participate in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes; Enhance the documentation of processes and functional and technical workflows.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Academic background in Information Systems or similar disciplines; Proven experience working in specialized support teams; Over 2 years of experience with MongoDB, SQL, PHP, and C#; Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus; Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach; Hands-on experience with APIs (APIGEE) and development tools (JIRA, GitHub); Understanding of Cloud environments (Azure); Highly detail-oriented, capable of working independently as well as part of a team; Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
