Key Responsibilities:1.
Corporate Identity & Rebranding Management with Marketing team.
- Conduct evaluations to assess rebranding needs within the Vulco retail network, ensuring alignment with Goodyear's corporate identity standards.- Coordinate and execute rebranding initiatives on time and within budget, liaising with cross-functional teams and external vendors.- Track and report progress of rebranding candidates, troubleshooting challenges to maintain project timelines.

Network Expansion and Retention - Collaborate with Goodyear sales teams to identify and cultivate a pipeline of potential retail candidates suitable for the Vulco network.- Develop and maintain a structured funnel of prospects, assessing candidates based on business case development that aligns with organizational values and strategic goals.- Oversee onboarding processes, helping to ensure that new members are seamlessly integrated and that retention strategies are effectively implemented.

Network Quality Program Management - Lead efforts to professionalize the retail network by implementing a quality program in collaboration with TÜV SÜV, an external consultancy.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices and compliance with quality standards across the network, fostering a high standard of service and customer experience.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure quality improvements, addressing any gaps with actionable solutions.

Procurement and Partnership Coordination - Engage with Iberian procurement partners to negotiate favorable terms and build partnerships that enhance the Vulco network's value proposition.
- Manage the execution of aligned plans with strategic partners to support income generation and differentiate Goodyear's retail offering through exclusive suppliers.
- Support efforts to streamline procurement processes and achieve cost savings without compromising quality or brand standards.

Digitalization & IT Liaison - Serve as the primary contact for IT-related initiatives, facilitating the digital transformation of the Vulco network using existing digital tools and resources.- Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure that network members have access to the necessary digital tools to enhance their operational efficiency.- Drive engagement and adoption of digital tools across the network, offering training and support as required.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire manufacturers.
