Your mission As a Retail Care Representative , you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners and consumers. You will be responsible for providing personalized support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our retail customers and final clients.
Key responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for retail partners and consumers, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person visits;
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers, sales associates, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration and partnership;
Proactively engage with retail partners to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
Process retail orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of products to retail stores;
Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and retail partners to communicate performance insights and recommendations;
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the retail customer experience and streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide product information, usage instructions, and troubleshooting guidance to consumers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products;
Document consumer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for tracking and reporting purposes;
Stay informed about our products, policies, and procedures, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Your profile 2 years of experience in customer service, consumer care, or related roles;
Fluent in English & French (mandatory);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with consumers, build rapport, and communicate effectively across diverse channels;
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service;
Sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
Available for hybrid work.
