As Retail Account Executive , you will be responsible for managing and delivering the designated KPI's for Retail accounts and defining strategic action plans for improvement to increase Country Asset Productivity in the area assigned.
You will manage the primary relationship between CHEP and a portfolio of Retail customers (on a face-to-face basis) and will develop customer loyalty.
**YOUR GOALS**
Plan and execute field visits and ensure that all fulfilment & compliance levels are achieved focusing on Retail account performance
Understand customer needs and priorities; engage customers in a tactic and operational approach
Ensure completion of Country Audit Plans for Retail Accounts
Make use of CRM tools – Salesforce - to report visit contact activity done following the SOP's in place
Use several weekly and monthly reports for account analysis and KPI control
Work with Plant / Transport Planners to improve collection performance.
Understand Logistic SLA's and work to improve them
Support and meet with 3rd party Service Agents operating in the area of responsibility.
Support the day-to-day recovery of stray pallets; identify stray locations; non CHEP manufacturer customers using CHEP pallets and other black pool activity in general, reporting this into the Asset Protection team.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
5 years relevant supply chain experience in the Retail area, Logistic Operators, Manufacturing company
FMCG, knowledge of Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chains
Sales / Account Management / customer facing experience.
Critical thinking, analysis capability, and problem-solving mindset
Skills to design and implement new processes or procedures
Excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence diverse groups
Business to business sales and/or service experience
Creative in providing potential solutions.
