Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements, and Corporate Strategy. Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to provide direct support to the Associates in the team. PROFILE SPECIFICATION Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, Investment Bank, or Private Equity firm. Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous education taught in English or previous employment in a country of official English language are an advantage. Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics, or similar). Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level). Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry. SKILLS REQUIRED Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and Restructuring. Familiarity with different debt instruments (bonds, loans, senior/junior/mezzanine, secured/unsecured) and capital structures. Ability to recognize opportunities and identify potential restructuring targets. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Time management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work and think clearly under pressure. Self-motivation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible working approach. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Direct support to Associates on ad hoc client-related projects. Researching, analyzing, and following up on potential restructuring targets. Supporting senior bankers' marketing initiatives to deliver pitch materials to specification. Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high-profile clients (primary liaison). Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives. Generating client-facing presentations and books, data analysis, and financial modeling.
