Participate in the definition of the necessary corrective measures to minimize negative impacts and monitor them together with the Business Partner.Periodically analyze the P&L of their department, review all departmental revenues and expenses, seek to maximize results and identify opportunities for improvement with the support of the F&B Director.Participate in the results of HACCP audits (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and in the case of incidents, supervise the development and implementation of action plans to solve them.Manage customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the hotel's Guest Experience Department.Provide support to the Business Controller, analyzing relevant information (financial or other) and advising the management and others responsible for operational departments in the hotel.What are we looking for?Minimum 2/3 years of experience in the role.High Level of Portuguese and English.Knowledge of F&B service as well as knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and food safety.Leadership and high communication skills, as well as previous experience in team management.Proficient in Office package and tools related to the position.Orientation towards results and economic goals set by the company.Proactivity for excellence and high capacity in planning and organization.At Meliá we are all VIPGreat professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
