As Restaurant Manager, by tailoring each guest's experience to their unique tastes, you'll create memories as delightful as the dishes.Your day to day•In the absence of a Director, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities:•Cooperate in the development of departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, quality of service and profit;•Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department.
Coordinate VIP deliveries with appropriate departments;•Perform other duties as assigned.Requisitos mínimos•Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to;•Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so that every guest leaves with great memories;•Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers;•Demonstrate ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company;•Fluency in Portuguese and great knowledge in English - extra language skills would be great, but not essential;•Training background in Hospitality;•2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
