Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

Restaurant operational management

Quality control of guest service

Personnel management (recruitment, training, motivation)

Financial reporting and budget control

Work with suppliers and inventory control

Ensuring compliance with sanitary and safety standards

Key Requirements:

Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years

Ability to work in a team and manage a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

English (Portuguese will be an advantage)

Salary: 1500.00€ - 2000.00€ per month
