Responsible for Applications and DevelopmentWe are seeking an experienced Responsible for Applications and Development with expertise in SAP-based solutions for business processes.
The ideal candidate will contribute to application architecture, process integration, and system optimization while driving productivity and ensuring the quality of available information.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the design, development, and implementation of information system solutions for various application areas, applying best architecture principles and aligning with information systems vision.Collaborate in the continuous improvement of business processes based on identified use cases and technological advancements, participating in project teams within your technical area of expertise for the analysis, design, and implementation of information systems.Provide technical support for applications within your area of responsibility, performing corrective actions when necessary, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards regarding processed, stored, or accessed information, as well as the source code of the applications.Maintain the technical quality of applications and systems under your management.Lead and mentor team members under your hierarchical responsibility, offering technical support, identifying training needs, and proposing development actions to address knowledge gaps.Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Economics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Analytical mindset with a focus on processes and strategic thinking.At least 8 years of functional experience in one of the SAP ERP modules and Management.Ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary projects using waterfall methodologies.Basic programming knowledge, particularly in ABAP, with an understanding of technical development structures and debugging skills.Optional Skills: Knowledge of other SAP modules.Experience in Agile project environments.Independent user proficiency in English.Contract Type: FULL_TIME
