To support this growth, we're recruiting a Resourcing Administrator for our Resourcing and Project Delivery team. The team is responsible for resource location activities, deploying our 900+ consultants to projects such that we a) assign consultants to roles that meet their personal development objectives, b) allocate resources with the specialist skillsets required on a client-by-client basis and c) build team structures to deliver high-quality, efficient programmes to maximise profitability. The team is based in London and Dubai and is supported by our regional operations teams in Copenhagen, Saudi, Dusseldorf, and New York. The team also has wider People Operations responsibilities to underpin the business with insights and forecasting, helping us make more informed and strategic decisions.
The role of the Resourcing Administrator is to support a variety of exciting project-based activities and enhance the data quality of our core functional processes, the accuracy of which is critical for managing consultant utilisation and the financial performance of our projects. The successful candidate will be fully embedded into the team supporting a wide variety of areas and work closely with the Global Resourcing team.
Under the guidance of an experienced team, you will play an active role in supporting the smooth running of our Resourcing department within Efficio. This role will provide the administrative backbone of the internal ERP system, from sale, to how we structure teams for success and finally working closely with Finance to account for performance.
