Skills, knowledge, experience required:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years' experience;
OR 6+ years' relevant experience without a degree;
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools;
Expertise in resource allocation, scheduling, and forecasting techniques.
Desirable:
Knowledge of and experience working with:
NATO Command Structure, Force Structure, and Political Structure;
NCI Agency;
NCI Academy.
Duties/role:
Predicting future resource needs (people, classrooms, and infrastructure) based on training plans, project schedules, workload, and organizational goals;
Proposing the assignment of resources to projects or tasks based on their skills, availability, and priorities;
Monitoring the usage of resources to identify underutilization or over allocation.
