YOUR ROLE: Handle intricate transactions for NFC customers with precision;Offer expert guidance to ensure seamless transaction execution;Develop effective mitigation plans for any issues that arise;Manage escalations that require immediate attention, ensuring fast resolution and customer satisfaction;Assist with legal case support to reduce penalties and protect the customer experience;Collaborate with sales to provide support for new customer activations. WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Languages: Proficiency in English is a must;Previous experience in Customer Support and Claims;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
