The Pool Bar's menu offers a good selection of food, petiscos, drinks and Lisbon-inspired cocktails.Our opportunity:We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join our Team in Lisbon!Why to join our Team:You will be part of a talented Family and Unique Culture; You will have the opportunity to be you, to show your skills and passion for flawless service; You will have a wide range of career growth opportunities within Four Seasons hotel chain; You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and advantages.What will be your main responsibilities and duties:Manage the day-to-day operation of the reservations department (function as a resource for reservations sales agents; handle reservations sales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling);Operate and manage a Property Management System; Control rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue; Coordinate group inventory and allocations with the Director of Sales and/or Director of Marketing, develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to the revenue management of reservations function; Produce, analyze the following reports and recommend appropriate action to maximize revenue: Daily/Weekly Occupancy Reports
