The Pool Bar's menu offers a good selection of food, petiscos, drinks, and Lisbon-inspired cocktails.Our opportunity:We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join our Team in Lisbon!Why join our Team:You will be part of a talented Family and Unique Culture;You will have the opportunity to be you, to show your skills and passion for flawless service;You will have a wide range of career growth opportunities within the Four Seasons hotel chain;You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and advantages.What will be your main responsibilities and duties:Manage the day-to-day operation of the reservations department (function as a resource for reservations sales agents; handle reservations sales calls; problem and conflict resolution; scheduling);Operate and manage a Property Management System;Control rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue;Coordinate group inventory and allocations with the Director of Sales and/or Director of Marketing, develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to the revenue management of reservations function;Produce, analyze the following reports and recommend appropriate action to maximize revenue: Daily/Weekly Occupancy Reports. Assist the Director of Revenue with budgeting, yield strategy, forecasting and rate discussions;Assist the Director of Revenue with the production and publishing of the monthly analysis/report summarizing the month-end reservations activity;Establish and/or manage the following: Published, Package and Negotiated Rate Strategy Tiers, Segment Ceilings based on historical and current demand, incentive plans/program for Reservations agents and managers, Rate/Yield Strategy Worksheet, Rate/Yield Strategy within PMS, Front Desk Upsell program, Front Desk Perfect Fill Program;Maintain favorable working relationships among employees to promote maximum morale, productivity, and efficiency;Provide ongoing accurate and timely performance feedback/conduct annual reviews;Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in all dealings with guests and employees;Participate/Conduct/Attend scheduled departmental and Administrative meetings as requested; Yield, Forecast, Department, Pre-Con's, Board of Operations.Minimum Requirements:College education or equivalent experience;One to three years experience in a rooms division management;Excellent communication and organization skills;Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure;Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office products, Opera, Salesforce and other programs as needed;The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country;Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.We are looking for people who share the Golden Rule: people who by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.Send us your application!Learn more about our property and what it is like to work at Four Seasons by visiting:Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of - the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
