Offer Description Within the framework of the Horizon Europe project Trans-LightHouses: More than green - Lighthouses of transformative nature-based solutions for inclusive communities, the person recruited will have two missions integrated into workpackage 6 (Community-based communication and citizen science):
A main research mission consisting of the appropriation, support for the implementation and follow-up of reflexive monitoring on the case studies and on workpackage 6.
A secondary mission of support for the management of WP6, with the WP leader who is a member of the IRSTV.
As part of the assignment, the following activities will be carried out in collaboration with the WP6 task leaders, the case study leaders and in support of the WP6 coordinator:
Scientific monitoring and advice on participatory science for the various partners involved in WP6, and in interaction with the other WPs.
Participation in the creation and running of Living Knowledge Labs.
Participation in the production of a deliverable for WP6 task 1: "Living framework on social mobilisation and citizen engagement".
Organisation, preparation and follow-up of the actions decided during the meetings of the different tasks of WP6.
Participation in WP6 meetings and other meetings related to the activities of the WP.
The mission is part of the TRANS-Lighthouses project "More than green - Lighthouses of transformative nature-based solutions for inclusive communities". This is a European H2020 research project coordinated by the Coimbra Centre for Social Studies (Centro de Estudos Sociais, Coimbra, Portugal). It brings together 26 European and international partners. The IRSTV is the French partner. Ten IRSTV researchers are involved, mainly in three work packages (WP): WP2 "Living knowledge co-production and Place-based research", WP3 "Research in action and assessment" (Co-leader of a Task) and WP6 "Community-based communication and citizen science" (WP Leader).
The person recruited will be in contact with the various teams and projects involved, monitored or developed within the framework of Trans-LightHouses, whether in Europe or beyond (research centres, universities, NGOs, associations, local authorities, private structures, citizens' groups). The host unit is a CNRS research federation (FR2488), bringing together some twenty teams from the Greater West of France around the theme of 'Cities' to carry out interdisciplinary work. The person on fixed-term contract will be housed in the Institute's premises on the École Centrale site.
Training Doctorate in geography, planning, management of territorial projects.
Key skills Knowledge of territorial diagnosis using an environmental assessment method.
Strategic communication in the context of a European project.
Understanding of geo-natural and anthropised environments at different scales.
Principles of social economy (desirable).
Operational skills Multi-criteria systemic analyses.
Principles of geographic information systems and Earth observation.
Digital tools and data analysis.
Good level of oral and written English to be able to lead international working groups and speak in English (B2).
Teamwork.
