Main duties will includeCoordinate translational research studies, including participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention;Administer study protocols and interventions according to established procedures and guidelines;Collect and record accurate data, ensuring integrity and confidentiality throughout the research process;Monitor participants for adverse events and report any concerns to the research team;Collaborate with investigators, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize study implementation and outcomes;Assist in the development and refinement of research protocols, standard operating procedures, and study documents;Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and institutional policies;Provide education and support to participants and their families regarding study procedures, expectations, and potential risks;Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, research seminars, and professional development activities;Contribute to the dissemination of study findings through presentations, publications, and other knowledge translation efforts.QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) license in good standing;Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field;Clinical research experience;Understanding of research methodologies, ethical principles, and regulatory requirements;Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment;Proficiency in computer applications and electronic data capture systems;Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development in the field of medical research.Eligibility criteriaCandidates must provide:

The Botton-Champalimaud Pancreatic Cancer Centre is also closely integrated with the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown. Members of the Champalimaud Research Programme (CR) and the Champalimaud Clinical Centre (CCC) work together to investigate fundamental biological processes and search for effective solutions to alleviate the burden of oncological, neurological, and mental diseases, while providing state-of-the-art care to the patients of the CCC. With 479 members, including group leaders, postdocs, PhD and MSc students, research technicians, and highly specialised research staff, the CR community encompasses 39 nationalities.
